Personal Development is my passion in all its different variations and forms. Through my activities with Serious Dreams, I am able to develop myself on a daily basis. I like to share these experiences with our community and passionately pass them on to our clients. This is how we grow together!
As a Dream Coach, I help you to get in touch with your purpose and passion, your dreams and hopes and eventually to overcome your fears and doubts. I believe that body, mind and soul are deeply connected. The more harmonious the relationship of these three fields, the more fulfilling our existence is, in my opinion. Finding the right balance here seems to be a lifelong challenge for most of us, regardless of our social or economic situation.
As a Feelgood Expert, my passion is to inspire people to live a healthy, conscious, self-determined, sustainable and mindful lifestyle. My focus is especially on prevention. I believe that we need to take responsibility for our own health and well-being and act accordingly. That's why we also partner with Ringana and Healy World, two companies that strongly support this belief.
As a Keynote Speaker, I love inspiring people with different stories and encouraging them to trust in their strengths and abilities. Through numerous travels to different countries and cultures, plus some odd crazy adventures and careful observation in everyday life, I have a backpack full of experiences that can be used to convey a wide variety of messages.

Stages of my life
The initial spark for my own dream of self-employment was the founding of Serious Dreams GmbH together with Daniel. With the goal of helping even more people turn their vision of their dream life into reality.
We also started working with companies that we truly believe in.
My professional career began with a two-year assignment at Star Publishing GmbH as a Lean Management Consultant. The following 12 years I worked for Daimler AG in Stuttgart and Portland, OR, USA. My activities were mainly in the areas of project management, digital services and feelgood management. But also activities as a public speaker, brand ambassador and a bit more unusual as a Rallye Driver at the Rallye Aicha des Gazelles in Morocco and Mille Miglia in Italy were part of my quite varied professional life. Even during this time, I was preoccupied with topics such as personal growth and development, as well as maintaining physical and mental health in demanding and stressful environments and situations. Among other things, I redesigned our office space for 200 people, fought for more office plants, and initiated lunch qi gong classes, mindfulness breaks, and seminars to help my colleagues become more aware of their own health and well-being.
I was born in Leonberg near Stuttgart in Germany, a full 8 minutes before my identical twin sister Sabine.
After graduating from high school in 1998, I spent a year in Boston, MA USA as an AuPair and also attended classes at Bridgewater State University and Harvard Business School.
Back in Germany, I completed my studies in business administration in Nürtingen as well as two semesters abroad in Chicago (E&Y) and Singapore (Porsche Asia Pacific).
My hobbies have always been very versatile and creative: piano, yoga, golf, MTB, climbing, hiking, surfing, diving, tap dancing, painting, drawing, sculpting, reading many, many books, writing, taking pictures. As well as long private travels to several countries in Asia, Africa and Europe.
I grew up in a loving family environment with great parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Through ballet at the John Cranco School in Stuttgart, among others, and other sports such as skiing, biking, hiking, I came to my body awareness very early. I was lucky to be always very close to nature through our own garden and many trips. Healthy nutrition was always guaranteed by fresh food, partly from our own small garden behind the house. Today I would call this an early "urban gardening" project of my grandma Lene.
